First a couple things about contributing |
|
You must be a citizen of the United States of America.
We cannot accept donations from corporations, U.S. or otherwise.
|
State law (RSA 16-904, section D part 1) requires us to ask the following
questions of contributors |
a. Name of employment.
b. Your position at said employment .

| Some things this PAC can not do |
1. Contribute to or support/oppose any federal candidates.
2. Contribute to or support/oppose any candidate running for a county, local, or city and town election.

| An individual can only contribute a grand total of $410.00 per person for a candidate running for a NON-statewide office (these are candidates such as those running for the State Senate or House). If a husband and wife wish to contribute they can use the same check but, they both must sign that check on the signature line and the check can only be for a total of $820.00 or less. If less, please drop a note along with the check saying how much each person contributes otherwise for our records, we will determine who gave what amount. |

| AzCDLPAC may also support/oppose any candidate running for State wide office, such as Governor, Attorney General, or State Treasurer, etc.
The maximum amount one may contribute for these candidates is $840.00 per person
As with the NON-state wide offices a couple (example, husband and wife) may donate to a statewide office candidate using the same check and as was outlined above both must sign the check on the signature line. This time however, the amount of said check can be $1,680.00 or less and again please indicate who (husband or wife) gave what amount. |
